SECTION 40-14-9

   § 40-14-9  Reports. – The director shall file reports with the governor and the general assembly onor before January 30, 1989, 1990 and 1991. Each report shall include a detailedaccounting of the loans from and repayments to the fund during the precedingcalendar year; the director's recommendation as to whether the fund's maximumtotal loan authority, as set forth in § 40-14-6, should be increased orreduced; and such other information as the director deems relevant to anevaluation of the performance of the fund.
