SECTION 40-15-7

   § 40-15-7  Visitation, inspection orsupervision of children, homes, institutions, or other agencies. – Any requirements for visitation, inspection, or supervision of children, homes,institutions, or other agencies in another party state which may apply underchapter 72.1 of title 42 shall be deemed to be met if performed pursuant to anagreement entered into by appropriate officers or agencies of this state or asubdivision thereof as contemplated by paragraph (b) of article V of theinterstate compact on the placement of children.
