SECTION 40-15-9

   § 40-15-9  Court placements. – Any court having jurisdiction to place delinquent children may place such achild in an institution of or in another state pursuant to article VI of theinterstate compact on the placement of children and shall retain jurisdictionas provided in article V thereof.
