SECTION 40-16-4

   § 40-16-4  Annual report. – Each health center receiving funds pursuant to this section shall submit anannual report on their expenditures, revenues, and patients served by healthcenter categories by October 1st of each year for the prior fiscal year to thespeaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, anddirector of human services.
