SECTION 40-2-18

   § 40-2-18  Religious instructors andservices. – The director of the department of human services shall appoint religiousinstructors who shall conduct religious services at such times and at suchplaces within institutions under the control of the department, and who shallperform such other duties consistent with their office, as may be required ofthem by the director of human services. The general assembly shall annuallyappropriate such sum as it may deem necessary to compensate the religiousinstructors.
