   § 40-5.2-39  References to the FamilyIndependence Program. – Any references in the Rhode Island General Laws to the Family Independence Act,Family Independence Program, or Family Independence Program cash assistance orbenefits shall be deemed to be applicable and shall be effective in accordancewith the Rhode Island Works Program outlined in this chapter.
