SECTION 40-6.3-3

   § 40-6.3-3  Initial training and workexperience. – A participant in this program shall be required to participate in an eight (8)week period of training and work experience. The period shall not be includedwhen determining the time of disbursement as set forth in § 40-6.3-2. Thetraining and work experience period may be "on-the-job" training conducted bythe employer or such other training and work experience as authorized by thedirector. A participant in this program shall be paid, at the least, the stateminimum wage during the eight (8) week period of training and work experience.
