SECTION 40-6-11

   § 40-6-11  Report of income by recipients.– If at any time during the continuance of public assistance pursuant to thischapter and/or chapter 8 of this title, the recipient thereof becomes possessedof income or resources in excess of the amount previously reported by him orher, it shall be his or her duty, and a condition of eligibility to notify thedepartment providing assistance of this fact immediately on the receipt orpossession of additional income or resources.
