SECTION 40-6-17

   § 40-6-17  Receipt and use of federalfunds. – The state shall have authority to receive and expend through the department anyfunds, which may become available from the federal government for publicassistance purposes. The department, with the approval of the governor, shallhave authority to meet such federal requirements with respect to theadministration of funds as may be set forth as conditions precedent toreceiving the federal funds.
