SECTION 40-6-20

   § 40-6-20  Prosecution of criminal actions.– All criminal actions for any violation of this chapter, or any rule orregulation promulgated under this chapter pertaining to the department, shallbe prosecuted by the attorney general or by any qualified member of the RhodeIsland bar who shall be designated by the director and approved by the attorneygeneral to institute and prosecute such actions.
