SECTION 40-7-3

   § 40-7-3  Authority of governor toeffectuate entry into compact. – The governor on behalf of the state is authorized and directed to execute anyformal documents necessary to effectuate the entry of this state into the NewEngland welfare compact with any one or more of the states of Connecticut,Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont in substantially the form provided inthis chapter.
