SECTION 40-7-4

   § 40-7-4  Effect of existing reciprocalagreements. – Entry by the state into the New England welfare compact with another stateshall supersede existing reciprocal agreements with that state but shall in noway abrogate or replace compacts or agreements entered into with other statespursuant to § 40-6-24.
