SECTION 40-8.10-2

   § 40-8.10-2  Definitions. – As used in this chapter,

   (a) "Core services" mean homemaker services, environmentalmodifications (home accessibility adaptations, special medical equipment (minorassistive devices), meals on wheels (home delivered meals), personal emergencyresponse (PERS), licensed practical nurse services, community transitionservices, residential supports, day supports, supported employment, supportedliving arrangements, private duty nursing, supports for consumer direction(supports facilitation), participant directed goods and services, casemanagement, senior companion services, assisted living, personal careassistance services and respite.

   (b) "Preventive services" mean homemaker services, minorenvironmental modifications, physical therapy evaluation and services andrespite services.
