SECTION 40-8.10-6

   § 40-8.10-6  Rules and regulations. –The secretary of the executive office of health and human services, thedirectors of the department of human services, the department of elderlyaffairs, the department of children youth and families and the department ofmental health retardation and hospitals are hereby authorized to promulgaterules and regulations necessary to implement all provisions of this chapter andto seek necessary federal approvals in accordance with the provisions of theGlobal Compact Waiver.
