   § 40-8.2-15  Consistency withconfidentiality of Health Care Information Act. – No investigative demand pursuant to this chapter shall solicit, extend to, orcompel the production, inspection, copying, or release of any record orinformation otherwise protected as confidential health care informationpursuant to chapter 37.3 of title 5.
