SECTION 40-8.2-18

   § 40-8.2-18  Filing and enforcement ofadministrative decision. – An administrative decision, not appealed, or which has been affirmed afterjudicial review under the Rhode Island administrative procedures law,§§ 42-35-1 – 42-35-18, determining any amounts due to the RhodeIsland Medicaid program or to a provider, may be filed with the clerk of thesuperior court for Providence County and shall be enforceable as a judgment ofthat court.
