   § 40-8.2-5  Civil remedy. – Any person, including the Rhode Island Medicaid program, injured by anyviolation of the provisions of § 40-8.2-3 or § 40-8.2-4 may recoverthrough a civil action from the persons inflicting the injury three (3) timesthe amount of the injury.
