SECTION 40-8.3-4

   § 40-8.3-4  Reports and audits. – As a condition of receipt of a payment under this chapter with respect, eachparticipating hospital shall submit to the department such data, reports and/orindependent certified audits as may be required by the department to timelycomply with the requirements of Section 1923 of the federal Social SecurityAct, 42 U.S.C. § 1396r-4, as amended, and any implementing regulations ordirectives duly promulgated by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Healthand Human Services.
