   § 40-8.4-11  Severability. – If any provision in any section of this chapter or the application thereof toany person or circumstances is held invalid, its invalidity does not affectother provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions ofthis chapter are severable.
