SECTION 40-8.4-3

   § 40-8.4-3  Definitions. – (a) "Family" means a minor child or children and the parent(s) or relative asdefined in § 40-5.1-3, with whom they reside including two parent familiesin which one parent is working more than one hundred (100) hours per month.

   (b) "Minor child" means a child under the age of eighteen(18) or who is eighteen (18) and a full-time student in a secondary school orin the equivalent level of vocational or technical training.
