SECTION 40-8.4-9

   § 40-8.4-9  Assignment of medical supportrights. – Any person who is determined eligible for health care assistance under thischapter is hereby deemed to have made an assignment of rights to medicalsupport in accordance with § 40-6-9(b), and the provisions of §40-6-9(b) and (d) are incorporated by reference and shall apply to such person.
