   § 40-8.7-2  Medicaid buy-in program. –The department of human services is hereby authorized to establish a Medicaidbuy-in program pursuant to the "Balanced Budget Act of 1997", 42 U.S.C. §1396a(a)(10)(ii)(XIII).
