SECTION 40-8.8-2
§ 40-8.8-2 Program for all-inclusive carefor the elderly. – The department of human services is hereby authorized to elect a program forall-inclusive care for the elderly program as an optional Medicaid benefit,pursuant to § 1905(a)(26) of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C.§ 1396d(a)(26)], as added by § 4802(a)(1) of the Balanced BudgetAct of 1997.
