SECTION 40-8-13

   § 40-8-13  Rules, regulations, and feeschedules. – The director shall make and promulgate such rules, regulations, and feeschedules not inconsistent with state law and fiscal procedures as he or shedeems necessary for the proper administration of this chapter and to carry outthe policy and purposes thereof, and to make the department's plan conform tothe provisions of the federal Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1396 etseq., and any rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
