SECTION 40-8-5

   § 40-8-5  Agencies through which benefitspaid. – Benefits shall be applied for and paid in accordance with prescribedregulations through such state offices or state or private agencies ororganizations as the director may designate, and as shall be approved by thefederal government or any department or agency thereof making funds availablein support of the medical care benefits provided for in this chapter or foradministration purposes. The regulations shall meet such federal requirementsas may be set forth as conditions precedent to receiving the federal funds.
