SECTION 40-9-11.2

   § 40-9-11.2  Validity of limitations onplacement or operation. – Any limitation on the placement or operation of a vending facility based on afinding that the placement or operation would adversely affect the interests ofthe state shall be fully justified, in writing, to the director ofadministration, who shall determine whether the limitation is justified. Adetermination made by the director of administration pursuant to this provisionshall be binding on any department, agency, or instrumentality of the state soaffected by the determination.
