SECTION 40-9-11.4

   § 40-9-11.4  Compliance with chapter.– To assure that persons who are blind or visually impaired licensed as vendingfacility operators are afforded the maximum opportunity by which to engage inthe conduct of vending within state buildings, it is hereby intended that allagencies, departments, and institutions comply with the provisions of thischapter.
