SECTION 40-9-12

   § 40-9-12  Agreements as to businessenterprises program. – The state department of human services is hereby authorized to enter intoagreements with the department of elementary and secondary education, and/orits office of vocational rehabilitation for co-operation in the businessenterprises program, and, from time to time, to amend the agreements; provided,any agreement or amendment shall be subject to the approval of the commissionerof elementary and secondary education and the governor.
