SECTION 40-9-13

   § 40-9-13  Federal business enterprisesfunds. – The general treasurer shall receive and provide for the proper custody of allfunds paid to the state from the federal treasury under the provisions of thePublic Law 80-165, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., and shall disburse the fundsupon orders drawn by the state controller upon receipt by him or her ofproperly authenticated vouchers.
