SECTION 40-9-16

   § 40-9-16  Immunity from liability. –No person, who shall render any report required by § 40-9-15, shall besubject to a suit in a civil action, or liable for civil damages, in any actionor proceedings arising out of the information contained in the reportssubmitted.
