SECTION 40-9-4

   § 40-9-4  Chairperson of advisory council– Secretarial service. – The members of the council shall elect one of their number as chairperson uponthe appointment of any new member for a full term and whenever the office maybecome vacant. The members of the council shall serve without compensation andsecretarial service for the council shall be provided by the director of thedepartment.
