§ 40-9-9 Cooperation with department ofelementary and secondary education. – The department of elementary and secondary education and the department ofhuman services shall cooperate in measures for the prevention of blindness, therestoration of eyesight, and vocational adjustment of blind and visuallyimpaired persons.
