SECTION 41-10-1

   § 41-10-1  License required for off trackbetting. – No person, association, or corporation shall hold or conduct off track bettingon any racing event for any stake, purse, or reward, except such person,association, or corporation as shall be licensed by the division of racing andathletics as provided by this chapter and as approved by the voters as requiredby this chapter.
