   § 41-3.1-1  Operation of dog racingfacilities. – Any person desiring to operate a facility for the exhibition of the sportcalled dog racing in the towns of Burrillville, Lincoln, and West Greenwich,may do so upon the compliance with the terms and provisions of this chapter andpursuant to the provisions of chapter 9 of this title.
