SECTION 41-3-7

   § 41-3-7  Rebate of license fees. –If by any reason or cause beyond the control of and through no fault or neglectof any licensee and while the licensee is not in default, it should becomeimpossible or impracticable to conduct horse racing upon any day or dayslicensed by the division of racing and athletics, at the request of thelicensee and upon sworn statements, submitted in writing by the licensee, thedivision may rebate all or part of the license fee.
