SECTION 41-4-11

   § 41-4-11  Entry of premises for inspectionof operations. – The division of racing and athletics may authorize members of the division orduly authorized deputies to enter upon the premises at any racing event for thepurpose of inspecting books and records, supervising and examining cashiers,ticket sellers, pool sellers, and other persons handling money at the event andsuch other supervision as may be necessary for the maintenance of order at theevent.
