SECTION 41-4-14.1

   § 41-4-14.1  Local approval. – Section 41-4-14 shall take effect upon the approval of the voters of any cityor town voting on the question allowing the sport of dog racing, subject,however, to an affirmative vote as provided in chapter 9 of title 41.
