   § 41-5.2-25  Rules and regulations. –The division of racing and athletics may make such rules and regulations forthe administration and enforcement of this chapter as it may deem necessary.The rules and regulations may provide for and regulate the granting of aspecial permit for exhibitions where no decision is to be rendered and whereskilled mixed martial artists merely demonstrate the science of boxing.
