   § 41-5.2-3  Application for license. –(a) The division of racing and athletics, at the discretion of its chairpersonor other officer charged with the enforcement of this chapter, may require anyperson applying for a license to furnish such information and references as itmay desire. Applications for the license shall be accompanied by a fee of notless than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than eight hundred dollars ($800), asthe division shall fix. Voluntary or unincorporated associations shall not beentitled to receive a license, and applications in their behalf shall be madein the name of one or more officers thereof.

   (b) The division of racing and athletics is furtherauthorized to request additional information and references as the division mayrequire.
