SECTION 41-5-17

   § 41-5-17  Suspension or revocation oflicense. – Any license granted under this chapter may be revoked or suspended by thedivision of racing and athletics for a violation of any of the provisions ofthis chapter or of any other law of the state or of any rule or regulationadopted by the division or whenever the licensee has, in the judgment of thedivision, been guilty of any act or offense detrimental to the public interest.
