§ 41-5-3.3 - Insurance required. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 41-5-3.3

   § 41-5-3.3  Insurance required. – No license issued by the division of racing and athletics under § 41-5-1shall be valid unless the license holder shall:

   (1) Within thirty-six (36) hours of the starting time for thefirst event in the licensed boxing or sparring match or exhibition have inforce such contracts or policies of public liability insurance and such othercontracts or policies of insurance in such amounts as the division shallreasonably require in connection with the conduct of the match or exhibition,and

   (2) Within twenty-four (24) hours of the starting timefurnish to the division satisfactory proof that the insurance is in force.
