SECTION 41-5-3.7

   § 41-5-3.7  Closed circuit television.– No closed circuit television shows of matches or exhibitions shall be permittedin the state unless the promoter has first obtained a permit from the divisionof racing and athletics. A promoter shall submit the application on a formprovided by the division and the application shall contain informationpertaining to the dates, locations, and cities in which the matches shall beshown.
