SECTION 41-5-4

   § 41-5-4  Penalty for unlicensed match.– Any person holding, conducting, or participating in any match or exhibitionheld without a license, unless exempted as provided herein, shall be punishedby a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100) or by imprisonment for aterm not exceeding three (3) months, or by both a fine and imprisonment.
