   § 41-5-9  Attendance of judges –Decision. – The division of racing and athletics may, in its discretion, require theattendance at any boxing or sparring match or exhibition of three (3) judgeslicensed by the division whose duty it shall be to render a decision at thetermination of the boxing or sparring match or exhibition. The decision shallbe reached by the judges using the "ten point must system" as the standard ofjudgment for all decisions.
