SECTION 41-6-2

   § 41-6-2  Authorization of amateur games.– The licensing authorities of any town or city may authorize amateur athleticgames to be played or held in a town or city between the hours of noon and sixo'clock (6:00) in the afternoon of the first day of the week upon such premisesand subject to such rules and regulations for the preservation of good orderand the prevention of disturbances, as the licensing authorities may prescribeand determine in their discretion.
