SECTION 41-7-7
§ 41-7-7 Distribution of funds –Applicability of chapters 3 and 4 of this title. – All money mentioned in this chapter derived from taxes on wagers andpari-mutuel pools shall be disbursed by the state treasurer pursuant to chapter4 of this title. Except as is inconsistent with this chapter the provisions ofchapters 3 and 4 of this title shall apply to the sport of jai alai.
