   § 41-9.1-14  Promulgation of operationalrules and regulations. – Upon the licensing of a casino under the provisions of this chapter, the statelottery division shall have authority to issue such regulations as it deemsappropriate pertaining to the operation and management of the facility, thehiring of employees thereof, the establishment of compulsive gambling treatmentprograms, the conduct of gaming, electronic funds transfer terminals, audits,annual reports, prohibited conduct and such other matters as the state lotterydivision shall determine.
