§ 41-9.1-28 Exclusion or ejection ofpersons. – (a) Any casino licensee may exclude or eject any person for any reason, exceptrace, color, creed, national origin, sex, or disability.
(b) Any casino licensee and any employee of a casino licenseeshall not be liable for any monetary damages or any other remedy in anyjudicial proceeding as a result of the exclusion or removal of any person forany reason, except race, color, creed, national origin, sex, or disability.
