SECTION 41-9.1-29

   § 41-9.1-29  Making false statementsrelating to gaming. – (a) No person shall knowingly or intentionally make a material false statementin any application for a license, permit, suitability determination, or insupport of a proposal for a development agreement pursuant to the provisions ofthis chapter. No person shall intentionally make a material false statement inany book, record, form, or any other document which is required, compiled, ormaintained pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

   (b) Any person who violates any of the provisions of thissection shall be imprisoned for not more than five (5) years and may be finedan amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
