SECTION 41-9.1-32

   § 41-9.1-32  Cheating games and devices ina licensed casino – Penalty. – (a) It shall be unlawful:

   (1) Knowingly to conduct, carry on, operate, deal or allow tobe conducted, carried on, operated or dealt any cheating or thieving game ordevice; or

   (2) Knowingly to deal, conduct, carry on, operate or exposefor play any game or games played with cards, dice or any mechanical device, orany combination of games or devices, which have in any manner been marked ortampered with, or placed in a condition, or operated in a manner, the result ofwhich tends to deceive the public or tends to alter the normal random selectionof characteristics or the normal chance of the game which could determine oralter the result of the game.

   (3) It shall be unlawful knowingly to use or possess anymarked cards, loaded dice, plugged or tampered with machines or devices.

   (b) Any person who violates any of the provisions of thissection shall be imprisoned for not more than five (5) years and may be finedan amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
